1. Acceptance of Terms

• Use the Platform to send unsolicited communications, spam, or chain messages;
• Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks;
• Attempt to circumvent any age verification or access control measures implemented by the Platform.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to investigate any suspected violations of these conduct standards and to take appropriate action, including removing content, restricting access, or terminating accounts. We are not obligated to monitor user conduct but may do so at our discretion.

You are solely responsible for all content you submit, post, or otherwise make available through the Platform. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the operation of the Platform.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game code, software, and the overall design and arrangement thereof — are the exclusive property of CAOasisGaming or its licensors and are protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

The name "CAOasisGaming," the "CA" logo, and all related marks, designs, and trade names are trademarks or service marks of caoasisgaming.com. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks without our prior written permission.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, copy, or distribute any part of the Platform for commercial purposes;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used on the Platform;
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Platform.

Any use of the Platform content beyond the scope of this limited licence is strictly prohibited and may constitute a violation of copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws.

6. Virtual Items

The Platform may offer virtual items such as points, tokens, badges, achievements, in-game currency, or other virtual goods (collectively, "Virtual Items"). You acknowledge and agree that:

• No Real-World Value: Virtual Items have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for real money, goods, or services of any kind, at any time, under any circumstances;
• No Purchase Required: Virtual Items are awarded through gameplay and Platform engagement only. We do not sell Virtual Items and no purchase is required to obtain or enjoy them;
• No Transfer: Virtual Items are non-transferable and may not be sold, traded, gifted, or otherwise transferred between users or to any third party;
• Revocable Licence: You do not own Virtual Items. We grant you a limited, revocable licence to use Virtual Items within the Platform for entertainment purposes only. We may modify, remove, or reset Virtual Items at any time;
• No Compensation: If we change or remove Virtual Items, you are not entitled to any compensation, refund, or substitute of any kind.

The virtual economy within CAOasisGaming is designed solely to enhance the entertainment experience. It is not, and should not be construed as, any form of investment, financial instrument, or gambling mechanism.

7. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CAOASISGAMING EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT;
• WARRANTIES THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS;
• WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY CONTENT ON THE PLATFORM;
• WARRANTIES THAT ANY DEFECTS OR ERRORS WILL BE CORRECTED.

We do not warrant that the Platform will meet your requirements or expectations. Your use of the Platform is at your sole risk. We are not responsible for any loss of data, including Virtual Items, arising from technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites. Your interactions with third-party sites are governed solely by their respective terms and policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CAOASISGAMING, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM.

THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE) AND EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. BECAUSE THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE, THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IS A FUNDAMENTAL ELEMENT OF THE BASIS OF THE BARGAIN BETWEEN YOU AND US.

Upon termination of your access, all rights and licences granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and governing law — will survive.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to any conflict of law principles that would require the application of the laws of another jurisdiction.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario, located in the City of Toronto. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue there.

The Platform is operated in compliance with PIPEDA and, where applicable, the laws of Ontario including the Consumer Protection Act, 2002 and related regulations. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable Canadian consumer protection legislation.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. A waiver of any right or provision under these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of CAOasisGaming.
